Step One: Start with sweet little boy

Step Three: Add water and oil

Step Four: Stir

Step Five: Add cocoa and a big smile
Step Six: Put cocoa mixture in cupcakes


Step Seven: Sample a little bit

Step Eight: After it's cooked, add the sprinkles

Step Nine: Eat the sprinkles

Step Ten: Eat more sprinkles
